SeshDesk started because running an activity club shouldn't require five different tools, three spreadsheets, and a WhatsApp group. The founder runs Intrepid Skateboarding CIC and experienced firsthand the operational burden that prevents small activity providers from focusing on what they do best — delivering sessions. SeshDesk was built to be the single tool that handles bookings, payments, attendance, staff, branding, and compliance so club admins can spend less time on admin and more time coaching.
SeshDesk is two connected products working together. The admin platform gives clubs everything they need to run sessions — bookings, payments, attendance, staff management, and custom branding. Activities is a free public directory of 57,426+ activities across the UK, helping people discover local activities near them. Together they work as one system: the directory brings people to clubs, and the platform helps clubs run professionally. SeshDesk handles all infrastructure — no servers to manage, no hosting to maintain.
