Whatever your reason for joining like-minded people on court, No Strings Badminton is Badminton England's hugely popular, instructor led ‘pay and play’ initiative that continues to delight players. Designed to suit around your schedule, you’ll come off that court feeling fantastic whether you’ve won, lost or drawn. It’s a weekly appointment you’ll want to put in your diary and keep.

Join us for a fun-filled but competitive badminton social event that combines the love for the sport with fitness goals! Good way to get your cardio in, and beats spending 2 hours on the treadmill! Mixed doubles games. Ideal for lower intermediate players or above, not quite suitable for beginners. We play with plastics in the week and feathers on the weekend. Birmingham Women & Girl’s Badminton Club 🏸

Women and Girl's badminton Birmingham. Badminton for girls and ladies aged 12+ in a private hall with no cameras. Run by a Badminton England certified Coach. The sessions will be fun and friendly. New and experienced players of all backgrounds welcome. All equipment provided There will be casual games for those who would like to have fun, socialise, keep fit and/or are new to the sport. There will be coaching for those new to the sport or who request it. Coaching covers rules of the game and skill drills. There will be competitive matches and tournaments for those more experienced. There will be unique games and challenges for those who would like something different. Join, if you would like to keep fit, have fun, learn a new skill, meet new people or have competitive matches. A turn up and play badminton session in a safe, fun environment. There is no instructor so just come along and play with and against some like-minded people. A chance to make friends and play the sport you love. Wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a drink.

We welcome all levels as we have an open-door policy to tailor the courts to suit individual needs. Rackets and shuttlecocks are provided at no extra cost. Who can take part? The session is aimed at ages 16+ from beginners to intermediate. What do I need to bring?
