Our sessions deliver a distinctive blend of strength and body conditioning exercises, featuring freestanding boxing bags, weights, steps, resistance bands and more to drum and bass, garage, hip hop, RnB and house mixes.

Come and join every Saturday 11am-12pm for a fun boxing workout, with pads and gloves. Suitable for all levels. All kit is provided, just come in your gym gear.
