This pilot class (on the schedule for the month of June) has been added to the schedule to ascertain whether there is interest in a pole fitness class taking place at the weekend, in Sandy. Please note it’s a very small class with a maximum of FOUR spaces available. It’s taught by Angie. 1) students who have attended The White Studio classes before but have taken a break in the last two or three years, and want to come back to the discipline. 2) those who are not beginners but wish to go back to basics for a variety of reasons, to improve technique, to strengthen the weaker side, to remind themselves of moves and tricks they haven't done in years. 3) complete beginners who want to practise pole fitness without committing to a course.
