Our monthly women and marginalised genders night is back this month….. the first Friday of every month, come and skate this wicked little park with us in Littlehampton. Get tips and guidance from Skateboard GB trained coaches in this small group (max 7 per session). A great way to grow your skate tribe, make friends and learn new tricks in a beginner and intermediate friendly supportive and friendly, indoor space….there’s even a bar full of tempting drinks and snacks to keep you fuelled.

Welcome to Ceroc Chichester! Our group is dedicated to providing fun and social partner dancing classes for all levels. Whether you're looking to get in shape, learn a new skill, or simply meet new friends, Ceroc is the perfect way to do it all! Join us on a Tuesday evening at The Assembly Room, The Council House, (PO19 1LQ) - you don't need to book and you don't need to come with a partner. Beginners are welcome every week! Ceroc fuses a range of different dance styles including Jive, Tango, Bachata and Salsa - and is danced to lots of different styles of music from across the generations. Ceroc is very accessible for all level of dance experience. We look forward to seeing you on the dance floor!

The RHYTHM SERIES | a six-session immersion in the 5Rhythms

One rhythm at a time. Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness. Each session is a long wave shaped by the teaching of that rhythm - time to move with it, sit inside it, find out how it lives in you. The series closes with a three-hour full wave. All five rhythms, one after the other. A chance to feel how they fit together when you've had time to know each one. You're welcome to drop into individual sessions. The series rewards those who dance the whole arc. 4th September — Flowing 25th September — Staccato 16th October — Chaos 23rd October — Lyrical 20th November — Stillness 4th December — 3-hour Full Wave
