Celebrate Easter with us! A fun filled morning of dance, play, meeting animals, crafts, egg hunt, easter bonnet competition (make your own and bring along your entry!) and bring your own picnic! Staggered entry from 10.15am. We will begin at 10.30am with Little Movers fun, followed by animals, crafts and egg hunt from 11.15am - 12.15pm. If you've got shoes that slide a little on smooth floors, bring those, they make the footwork feel smoother and way more satisfying. No special kit needed. Just show up. 5Rhythms is a dynamic dance and movement practice open to adults of all ages and levels of ability. There are no set steps to learn; instead we follow our own energy throughout a Wave of the 5Rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, resting in those moments when our ‘monkey-minds’ are absorbed in the wonder of conscious movement! No experience needed and no need to book, just arrive at 7pm ready to move (newcomers are welcome at any class, and in the 1st class of each month I give more direction and instruction about the 5Rhythms practice, useful if you like to know what’s going on in a class!) Please wear clothes that are easy to move in. We dance bare footed or in soft dance shoes, no heels please. Bring a bottle of water as we do sweat! Tap water available.

Suitable for all the family! From 6months + This session is open to anyone. The sessions are designed to grow children's confidence with water through dance and play in the pool. Please select correct number of attendees for the pool, as pool numbers are limited. We are taking our fun and interactive dance and movement class to the pool! You can expect some Little Movers fun in the pool, followed by free swim & play with the floats!
