Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

It combines cardio with bodyweight exercises to help improve strength, endurance, and muscle definition. We offer three different levels of walking groups to suit a variety of fitness levels and preferences: Walk Plus A brisk, faster-paced group (3.5 to 4 miles per hour), ideal for those who are generally fit and already walk regularly. Walk Plus meets at: • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 9:30 AM • Monday evenings – 6:00 PM Walk Fitness A great workout at a slightly steadier pace (2 to 3 miles per hour), perfect if you're building your fitness or prefer a more moderate walk. Walk Fitness meets at: • Monday and Thursday – 11:00 AM • Saturday – 9:00 AM Wellness Walk A gentle, sociable walk-and-talk session, great for those new to exercise or looking for a more relaxed pace. Wellness Walk meets at: • Wednesday – 11:00 AM

Do you want to meet new people and have fun whilst exercising? Come along to these free adapted exercise sessions which are aimed for older people with health conditions to improve general fitness. The class will be led by a qualified instructor, who is experienced in running classes for the over 50's. Carers welcome.
Park Active sessions are free, weekly fitness sessions led by trained volunteers in your local park. Everyone is able to work at their own level and enjoy the benefits of exercising outdoors. These sessions are family-friendly, fun and suit all ages and fitness levels. No booking is required, you are welcome to just turn up. As the sessions are outdoors they may be cancelled at short notice in bad weather or volunteer availability.

This class is a roller skating class for complete beginners who have never skated before, as well as skaters who can already get up off the floor, skate forward, stop and who are looking to learn skating backwards, transitions and more. Skate Buddies UK CIC have developed a roller skating programme for adults 18+. In this dynamic programme you learn roller skating basic skills and fundamentals, as well as strengthening your core muscles, building your endurance and improving your cardio, flexibility, mobility and range of movement with the integrated RollerFitness exercises to get you skate fit. You will have fun, meet new people and meet the members of the local skate community, you’ll be dancing by the end of the programme, reducing your fear of skating and building your confidence and mindset whilst having fun. We create a fun, safe, warm and welcoming environment that enables you to be at ease, so that you can learn and grow in a space that promotes patience and compassion. During the sessions you will experience and learn: 30 min RollerFitness – support building your range of movement, muscular strength and endurance Learn how to fall – reducing fear of falling How to stop – building your confidence to skate Emergency Stops How to skate forward / backwards Transitions How to spin Dips Strut walking and more …. Our Thursday NFL, Cooking & Youth Club Session is a fun and engaging weekly programme designed to support young people’s physical, social, and emotional development in a safe and welcoming environment. Led by our trained coaches and youth team, the session combines NFL (similar to rugby), hands-on cooking, and youth club activities to provide hours of well-rounded experiences and long-lasting memories! The NFL component focuses on fitness, teamwork and fun, while the cooking element encourages creativity, practical life skills, and healthy eating habits. Youth club activities provide opportunities for social interaction, teamwork, and personal development, helping young people build friendships, share ideas, and develop leadership and communication skills, all done in a safe environment supervised by our youth staff! This session empowers young people to take care of their body and mind, explore new skills, and enjoy positive social experiences, all within a supportive community environment.

Join us for a high-energy boxercise session tailored for girls aged 9-18. Experience an empowering workout that boosts confidence and strength!

Functional Fitness class for over 50's to maintain and improve Endurance, Mobility, Balance and Strength. Exercises are led to suit all levels. Free Strength band is given to attendees. The class is now held in the Greenlands Inn, Longbridge Lane, (directly opposite the railway station). The first class is Free, then its £3.50 per session. Not sure if this is for you? Functional Fitness class for over 50's to maintain / improve Endurance, Strength, Balance and Mobility - everything you need to lead a healthy life! This is our most intensive class held for seniors - floor exercises are included so bring a mat (although some are provided). The class is varied each week. Strength bands are issued free to regular attenders to keep (and use at home!) Exercises are varied to suit all levels. Functional Fitness for Seniors is about exercising to improve your ‘function’ - the things you need to do in day to day life. The class focuses on those 'Fundamental' movements that we all need to make the most of our lives, both now and in the future. It is about undertaking exercises that support you in every day movements taking a whole body approach. Strength, Balance, Endurance, Agility *Co-ordination This class is fun and friendly too!

All round fitness class for seniors incorporating endurance, strength and balance exercises. Variations of exercises are shown to support different abilities. Each class is a little different but always fun and friendly! The class is now taking place in Stirchley Baths Community Centre.
