This virtual cycling class allows you to choose how hard you want to push yourself, while still keeping up with the instructor who takes you and the rest of the class through hill climbs, sprints and flat rides. Virtual RPM is fantastic for improving cardio fitness, as well as burning fat and calories, while the low-impact nature of the exercise will also help you avoid injury. Virtual classes are great if you just want to give the class a trial run. Theyre played on big screens with music and are led by instructors who have actually developed the classes.

This class is all about working out the whole body in a way that builds strength, but also works our balance, coordination, movement patterns and, most importantly, really gets our heart pumping. We’ll warm up together, I’ll introduce the movements to you showing what good technique looks like; and then we’ll get into the main workout of the class. Working in small groups we’ll tackle a circuit of exercises working for 1 minute at high intensity before taking a short 30 second break. During these work periods you can push yourself as much or as little as you like. This is about having fun, learning to challenge ourselves in healthy ways, keeping attention on and in our bodies, and knowing when to stop or slow down. This kind of workout gets the heart pumping, brings on a sweat, warms the body, and works all of our muscles. We’ll mix upper body, core, and lower body exercises. Using a kettlebell you can choose to increase the intensity if you wish.As a warm down you can expect a mix of slow stretches, controlled movements, and friendly chats getting to know each other and reflecting on the exercises together. My hope is that by attending this kind of class you are learning how to create your own exercise routines at home and in the park.What to Expect:• Dynamic warm-up to prepare your body• Core activation exercises to build stability• Functional strength movements to support everyday movement• Cool-down and deep stretchesIdeal for anyone looking to improve core strength, move more freely, and build a solid foundation for other training. Open Gym... Do your own thing! Unsupervised, accessible via key safe. Please make sure you have completed the open gym waiver and adhere to the open gym rules. - The key MUST be returned to the key safe immediately after locking the gym- The alarm MUST be turned on when leaving the gym- The key MUST NOT be taken off the premises Please be aware if there are classes that run straught after the open gym time slot, you will be expected to be finished and packed up prior to the class starting. On Saturdays and Sundays where more prep is required by coaches, we expect you to be packing your kit away 10 minutes before the 8am and 9am classes.  Thanks CBE
