Join us for fun seated exercise sessions designed specifically for seniors. Improve your mobility, coordination and general fitness.
Dance like no one is watching - in a fun and friendly over 50's environment. Stay for a coffee afterwards to meet new friends. All classes 45 mins. Simple to follow dance routines, variations given for different levels of fitness. Wear comfortable shoes that are not too grippy. Each session is £7.50 Please call to book a place as spaces are still limited to allow plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable.
