BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated. We provide all equipment required for any class but should customers be more comfortable bringing their own mat bar and weights

This virtual cycling class allows you to choose how hard you want to push yourself, while still keeping up with the instructor who takes you and the rest of the class through hill climbs, sprints and flat rides. Virtual RPM is fantastic for improving cardio fitness, as well as burning fat and calories, while the low-impact nature of the exercise will also help you avoid injury. Virtual classes are great if you just want to give the class a trial run. Theyre played on big screens with music and are led by instructors who have actually developed the classes.
