Open gym to do your own thing - complete club or personal programming Monitored usage- coach on hand for questions but not coaching open gym members as class running at same time.

It will be a 45 minute outdoor workout (1hr on Fridays) which starts with a quick warmup, followed by a number of exercises that mix upper and lower body. We will supply a pair of gloves if needed as we do exercises like press ups on the ground but bring standard sports wear like running shoes, shorts and a t-shirt / jumper. We have a coffee made after so either bring a coffee cup with you or we have spares you can use. You’ll be referred to as the FNG (friendly new guy) until you get your ni
