A cardio/strength class, based on interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. Joyful dance fitness classes for adults with a focus on having fun and feeling good. Inclusive, weight neutral and beginner friendly. Come along and move your body joyfully in a low pressure and non-judgmental environment. Plenty of options will be provided throughout so that you can choose what feels right for your body and take things at your own pace.
