Shape Up With Saints are fun and varied fitness sessions open to men and women aged 18+ who are looking for a new way to give their fitness a boost.Led by a fully qualified Northampton Saints Coach, ‘Shape Up With Saints’ provides a varied exercise programme that can be adapted to the needs of all participants.Our weekday evening sessions are held in person, on site at cinch Stadium at Franklin's gardens across 4 evenings a week.
