Get to know your body - Take one step further and hop onto the Boditrax machine for a body scan and wellbeing analysis to gain quick, non-invasive body stat measurements. The assessment findings can then be used to develop a personalised programme with step-by-step targets based around your goals and lifestyle, and also show quantifiable progress of any health and wellness programme you may be following over time. You’ll get a free Boditrax account so you can login and view your health measurements, set goals and track progress online. Our fitness instructors will also chat about your individual goals and recommend next steps for your journey.

Gym Orientation - A small group induction providing an overview of the gym and a quick walkthrough of each piece of equipment. There will be an opportunity to complete a short workout and ask our fitness instructors any questions on how you can get the best out of your visits. You’ll also be given advice on how to incorporate functional and strength training into your routine. Perfect for those people who have a plan in mind but just need some help with how to operate certain pieces of equipment. This is also the best option if you’d prefer to come along with a friend.

Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

During good weather this class maybe moved to the rooftop space - Usually involves 6-12 exercises, performed with short rest periods between them based on repetition or a set period of time. Bitesize Bootcamp offers fantastically fun curriculum, PE curriculum and extracurricular sessions for schools. Not to mention our hugely popular Mental Wellbeing and Forest School programmes, delivered on-site at your school. Sessions are delivered by highly qualified staff and coaches, including qualified teachers, forest school leaders, fitness instructors, and experienced sports coaches with all the appropriate qualifications to leave you feeling positive and secure with the BSBC provision. We are fully risk assessed and insured- with all relevant safeguarding qualifications too!
