This is a gym induction designed specifically for our younger gym users, helping them to use our gym equipment safely, as well as to get the most out of their workout. Obviously, younger gym users have different bodies when compared with adults and are still developing and therefore need to be more careful so as not to injure themselves. That’s why we have developed a gym induction specifically for 11-15 year-olds.
