One of the worlds most practiced spiritual disciplines. Developed over thousands of years these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Walking is a great way to lead an active, healthy lifestyle in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment. Winchester City Council is creating further opportunities to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our local communities. Through the delivery of local short group walks, this will help address issues of loneliness, isolation, and mental health and physical health. We have two walks located at Bishops Waltham which take place every week. These are led by trained volunteer walk leaders. Please see details below: Day: Tuesday Time: 2.30pm (Summer time) Time: 2:00pm (Winter time) Meeting Point: The Square, Bishops Waltham (SO32 1GG) Length of Walk: Approx. 30 minutes If you would like to take part in our Wellbeing Walks, please come along to the start point of the walk you would like to join a few minutes early so that one of our trained leaders can give you a registration form to complete.
