Glasgow ❤️ Football presents a Thursday night Indoors 8 a side 845pm football Mini Tournament commemorating two great Rivers in Scotland and Vietnam where you can represent one of two Scotland G❤️⚽️ 8s team versus one of two Vietnamese 8s teams at Toryglen on indoors Pitch B playing for the Clyde Red Cup. This will be our third International night. Please wear softer inbuilt rubber soled football boots as we have been asked to do so to minimise injuries. NB this is starting on pitch B assembling at 845pm k/o 9pm Thursday 23/4/26.Early Birds to pitch B, stragglers to other pitch D Assemble promptly at 845pm for a sharp 9pm kick-off. 2 semifinals 9pm to 925pm if no clear winner then sudden death penalty shootout and final 930 to 955pm on D ,runners up on B then to Cup Award and drink/snack on D straight after . Have to be quick start and finish and to get most time playing cos we get chucked out pronto. People are depending on you so: 1 Turn up 2 Be on Time, do not keep us waiting. 3 If u can't make it let us know in good time so someone else gets a game 4 You are representing us all so best behaviour and sportsmamship so no insults fights or strops or walk-offs. Sparta Trampoline Club SCIO

Sparta trampoline club is the largest trampoline club and the only club with its own Centre in Scotland. We offer from recreational to competitive and preschool to adult classes. Trampolining is exercise disguised as fun - 10 minutes on a trampoline = 30-minute run! (yup, same number of calories burnt) We are not a trampoline park - classes are structured, and all gymnasts are coached, with no more than 5 gymnasts per coach. Gymnasts are all taught proper progressions and routines, learning new moves as they progress.

I help Broomhill Sports Club run a women's recreational football group (follow us on Insta!), with games on outdoor 5-a-side pitches in Scotstoun on Wednesdays from 7-8pm (£3.50 per player per session - please check the calendar for the up-to-date list of upcoming sessions).
