*Advanced* U11-U12 Group Goalkeeping Programme
Advanced group sessions is the latest addition to our programmes. The programme offers a balance between group sessions, advanced training for high performing goalkeepers and the personalised development programme of 1-1 or 2-1 on an invite only basis to maintain the integrity of the advanced level standard. The programme works on a similar basis to 2-1 sessions through matching age groups and ability levels in one session to provide high quality coaching to goalkeepers at advanced stages of their development or those performing at high levels of performance. The sessions provide 60 minutes of topical content delivered by our goalkeeping team in addition to 30 minutes of player-led pre-activation prior to the session. This totalling 90-minutes of weekly goalkeeping training for each individual in the programme. Players will arrive 30 minutes before official session start time to begin pre-activation before being led through their session topic for 60 minutes at the start time.
