Majestic Gymnastics Birthday Party – Warmley Site
Our parties include the use of our BRAND NEW fully equipped gymnastics space! The gym space is filled with high quality equipment including air floor, soft play, and many gymnastic specific stations. Your time in the gym is fully supervised by our qualified, experienced coaches allowing you to sit back and enjoy the party. The fun doesn't stop there! At the end of the party we include party games with prizes and your child’s very own disco. Parties cater for up to a maximum of 40 children (birthday child and sibling/s are not included in numbers) and run every Saturday afternoon. Please select option according to your party size: One hour in the gym for MAX CAPACITY 30 children: £200.00 One hour in the gym for MAX CAPACITY 40 children: £240.00 Booking Terms and Conditions: Parties are paid in full upon booking and are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the Club Directors. There is no reduction in price if the number of children attending is less than the maximum capacity selected upon booking. - The children attending will be counted upon arrival. If your party numbers exceeds your booking option, you will be liable for the additional cost. The number of children attending a party must not exceed forty participants. This number excludes the birthday child and any sibling/s). Majestic Gymnastics staff reserve the right to refuse entry to participants exceeding the maximum capacity. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please contact us directly. Email: Reception: If a party booking needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances up to two weeks prior to your party date, Majestic Gymnastics will try to accommodate a new party slot. An additional transfer fee of £50.00 will be applied. This is subject to availability. If your booking is for two or more birthday children, the person who made the booking shall be known as the Party Organiser and will be the point of contact for all communication. The Party Organiser must remain in the gymnastics hall throughout the party. This person is responsible for keeping an emergency contact list for all attendees. Any child under the age of 6 must be supervised 1:1 by a responsible adult throughout the party. Children aged 6 and over should attend the party independently. The birthday party time slot is set and cannot be extended or delayed. Majestic Gymnastics staff will facilitate activities throughout the party, including games, parachute and a birthday song. Lead staff are first aid qualified, and hold UKCC coaching and safeguarding certificate. All staff over the age of 16 hold a DBS certificate. A table will be available for the Party Organiser to set up a birthday cake and party favours if required. Majestic Gymnastics will provide drinking water for participates. The Party Organiser may wish to provide alternative drinks. Fizzy drinks are not permitted.
