WALKING NETBALL IS A SLOWER VERSION OF THE GAME, IT IS NETBALL BUT AT A WALKING PACE. THE GAME HAS BEEN DESIGNED SO THAT ANYONE CAN PLAY REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FITNESS LEVEL. THIS GROUP IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. COACH LED SESSION WARM UP, MATCH AND COOL DOWN
Our Netball sessions are an adult only programme, aimed at either beginners, or those who want to get back into the game after many years of disengagement due to the demands of life. We have a friendly group of ladies who already attend and we ensure that the sessions provide a welcoming environment for all newcomers. Netball is an effective way to get in shape, make new friends, build confidence and become part of a new social circle if you are seeking new like minded individuals around you. Our sessions are low cost, with the aim to engage as many inactive to infrequently active women as possible. The session is led by a level one coach who will develop your game as well as keeping the fun element alive. You can bring friends and family along or come alone, it's entirely up to you! Our programme is £4 per session. There is also free onsite parking. To book onto a session, please follow link below. This is the only process you are able to attend sessions through. Please do not try and RSVP via Meetup. You will only be able to book onto any session up to one week prior.
