Taking place at Camberley Cricket Club, this class is for those who are new or returning to Pilates. Essential Pilates focuses on the fundamentals, with an emphasis on technique and noticing connections in the body. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.
Trigger Point Pilates works on fascia throughout the body as well as nourishing the nervous system. It combines Pilates-style moves with myofascial principles to help release built up tension. In each session, you will use a long foam roller and massage balls to unwind the fascia that surrounds every muscle in your body. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds every part of your body. It is found throughout the muscular and skeletal system, connecting muscles, tendons, joints and bones.
