Yogalates, Yin & Breathwork
In this 1.5hr class we'll combine the strength, control and precision of Pilates with a fun, fluid vinyasa style yoga before dropping into the deep stretches and longer holds of a Yin practice. Calming breathwork will be woven throughout to help you release long held tension from your body and mind. This practice is ideally suited to those who've been practicing Pilates/Yoga/Yogalates for a while and those who can easily transition from floor to standing via traditional yoga sequences. All equipment provided but please bring a small pillow and blanket for savasana. This class is worth 2 x class pass credits. Beginner Level
APPI Matwork Pilates to strengthen and stretch your whole body. A regular Pilates practice can help to improve posture, core strength, balance and flexibility. There is a strong focus on functional movement to help you get back to the activities you enjoy. Mats and all other equipment will be provided.
Quiet Session
In this smaller Pilates class for beginners, we’ll spend more time on less movements. Visual demonstrations, verbal cues and tactile guidance will be offered to help students with different learning styles. This class is ideal for those who feel overwhelmed in a busy class environment and those who need more time to process instruction before attempting a movement. In this safe, reassuring space, there will be time to ask questions and receive tailored guidance.

A Yogalates class combining the best of APPI mat-work Pilates and Hatha Yoga to strengthen and stretch your entire body and calm your mind. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. All mats and equipment provided.
