Sarahwilmotyoga
A mixture of creative flowing movements and opportunities for mindfulness in our still poses. The practice will begin lying or seated to allow time to arrive on our mats and bring our focus out of our minds and into our bodies and our breath. Following this I will take us through a variety of seated, lying and standing poses combining our breath with our movement. Some poses will flow from one to another and other poses will be held for a few breaths to help us strengthen our bodies and increase our stamina. We will also work to improve our balance. Some classes will include props such as blocks and straps to help us find ease in our poses. Finally, we will finish the practice lying down for a guided relaxation.
