Our Swimming for all sessions are suitable for anyone and everyone, whether you wish to swim lengths, socialise or spend fun quality time in the water with family and friends.

Splash Session is a splashing good time with all areas of the pool open with floats and balls included in the pool. The waves will also be in use. Please Note that the slide will be OPEN' for this session.

Women only sessions are suitable for teenagers (16+) to adults to engage in fitness and socialisation while having a leisurely swim. We are unable to guarantee that there will be all female Life Guards in attendance for the sessions, male Life Guards may also be present.
All Birmingham residents are eligible for the Be Active scheme, which provides free access to selected sessions and facilities. If you're not currently registered, our team can help set this up for you on site. Please note: For those not signed up for Be Active, standard charges will apply for activities.
