The session will include 1 hour coached technique session in the pool, underwater filming and then to the classroom to look at what we are aiming to achieve with our swimming. - 16:00 meet at the pool reception area - 16:15-17:15 Swim session/filming - 17:15-17:30 Change - 17:30-18:30 Classroom session. Swim videos and individual feedback will be sent separately.
Suitable for all the family! From 6months + This session is open to anyone. The sessions are designed to grow children's confidence with water through dance and play in the pool. Please select correct number of attendees for the pool, as pool numbers are limited. We are taking our fun and interactive dance and movement class to the pool! You can expect some Little Movers fun in the pool, followed by free swim & play with the floats!
