Adult (1 to 1) Technique Swim with Tony

Looking to improve your swimming technique? This 30-minute 1 to 1 session with Tony is designed to help you swim more efficiently, confidently, and with better form. During the session, Tony will: Observe your stroke in the water Identify key areas for improvement Provide clear, simple feedback tailored to you Offer practical drills and tips to take away and practise Whether you’re a regular swimmer wanting to refine your technique, or returning to the pool and looking to build confidence, this session is personalised to your level and goals. 🏊‍♂️ Suitable for all abilities ⏱ 30-minute 1:1 session 📍 Dedicated lane for you, in our 25m pool Come away with a better understanding of your stroke and a clear plan to improve.

Adult Only ‘Early Bird’ Swim

Start your day with a peaceful swim in our 29–30°C heated pool, exclusively for adults and young people aged 16+. Whether you're looking to fit in some exercise before work or simply enjoy a relaxing swim, our Early Bird Adult Swim offers a calm and welcoming environment. 🏊 Two dedicated lane-swimming lanes are available for those wishing to swim lengths. 🔄 Clear signage in the shallow end indicates the direction of each lane to help keep everyone swimming smoothly. 💦 The remaining area of the pool is available for leisurely swimming, gentle exercise or simply enjoying a quiet start to the day.

Adult Swim

A relaxed evening session just for adults and over 16’s. 🏊 Two dedicated lanes available for those who wish to swim lengths. 🔄 Clear signs in the shallow end will show lane directions for smooth swimming. 💦 The remainder of the pool is open for more leisurely, gentle swimming — perfect for a calm and quiet end to your day.

Evening Swim (16+) at Make a Splash!

Unwind at the end of the day with our Evening Adult Swim, exclusively for adults and young people aged 16+. Fun with Floats!

Pool Admission Policy Supervision of children under 8: Children under 8 must be accompanied in the water and actively supervised by a responsible adult aged 16 or over. One adult may supervise a maximum of two children under 8, but only one of these children may be under 5. Non-swimmers: Non-swimmers of any age must be accompanied in the water and actively supervised by a responsible adult aged 16 or over. Supervision of children aged 8 and over: Children aged 8 and over may swim without an adult in the water, provided they are confident swimmers and can participate safely in the session. Adults are responsible for supervising the children in their care at all times, including in the changing rooms, on poolside and in the water.

🐝 🌈 BEE UNIQUE have organised an EXCLUSIVE group SWIM SESSION with FLOATS & TOYS for SEND families at the LUNE VALLEY SWIMMING POOL, LANCASTER 🐝 🌈 🏊‍♂️ SWIM, SPLASH, SWIM 🏊‍♂️ 🏊‍♀️The pool water is kept at 30C - nice and warm for you to enjoy a splash. 🏊‍♀️ 🌟VENUE: LUNE VALLEY SWIMMING POOL, (Hornby-with-Farleton) Melling Road Lancaster LA2 8LH 🥰 💰BEE UNIQUE subsidised to Just £2 per child / young persons. Accompanying Parents and carers attend FREE! 💰 💚All children to be accompanied by a responsible adult in the water at all times. One responsible person may accompany two children under the age of 8 years in the water at all times. However, only one child may be under the age of 5 years. 🩵 🥰 If you require the use of disabled changing room and Pool Hoist etc, please advise in the "special information" section of the booking form🥰 🚗 Car park located at the front of the building which is free to use. You can also use the school car park next door during after school hours, weekends and in half term's and holidays! 🚗 🚌 From Lancaster Bus Station you can catch the 80 or 81 bus or if you are traveling from Kirkby Lonsdale area, the 582 bus is also available. 🚌 🚌 All of these buses stop at the bus stop right outside of the swimming pool. 🚌 🥰 Please ensure that you select a FREE parent / carer ticket to accompany your child! 🥰 🌟You do not need an official diagnosis to attend BEE UNIQUE Sessions. 🌟
