Take on the Red Ripster slide, wave machine, water cannon and rapids at Swim, Slide and Waves! These sessions are great fun for all the family! We strongly advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment. ADMISSION POLICY - children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years or over at all times, in the ratio of 1 child to 1 adult. Any children between the age of 5 to 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years or over at all times, in the ratio of 2 children to 1 adult. If you are attending with 1 child under 5 years and 1 child under 8 years, you will require 2 Adults.

Baby splash & Toddler splash sessions are for children up to 4 years of age. They are designed for parents/guardians to spend time in the water to increase children’s water confidence in a structured fun/play session. The sessions cover: • How to support your child’s movement in the pool. • Safe entries, how to turn and hold the side • Underwater confidence, starting with washing faces and blowing bubbles. • Progressing to floating and performing push and glides between the parent and teacher.

Enjoy one of our fun swims. All children under eight years old require adult supervision in the pools. Lifeguards may ask children who are swimming unsupervised to complete a swim test upon arrival to determine their competence.
11 sessions
A time to relax, focus on you or maybe work on structured length swimming. Lane division will be based on the pace of the swimmers. Swimmers must be able to swim a minimum of 25m and be a least 13 years of age.
8 sessions
Whether you want to swim for fun, with the family, or for fitness, our General Swim sessions are open for everyone to enjoy the pool. All children under eight years old require adult supervision in the pools. Lifeguards may ask children who are swimming unsupervised to complete a swim test upon arrival to determine their competence.

Enjoy a fun float session with the family! Children under 8 must be accompanied by an Adult at a ratio of 2:1. Please turn up 15 minutes before your booking to check in to avoid queues especially in busy periods.
Lane swimming to suit all speeds to ensure you get the most out of your swim. Competent lane swimmers over the age of 11 are allowed to book Swim for Fitness sessions. Swimmers aged 11-15 should be competent swimmers of a club standard. Your booking is for 1 hour and includes changing time.
