Pilates session tailored to your personal requirements. Pilates is a safe and effective exercise system that develops complete control of the mind and body. During an individual lesson, your teacher will respond dynamically to your needs so that you are challenged to do everything that you can do, but nothing that you can't. When you attend a studio session, you will have the opportunity to use traditional Pilates equipment such as the reformer, cadillac and wunda chair, which use spring tension to add resistance and feedback to the exercises, helping you to achieve the movement that you want, yet without unduly straining the body. You teacher may also use our shaped barrels - the spine corrector, semi barrel and ladder barrel, to help support your spine to move freely.Punctuality: Please arrive promptly for your class, allowing time for parking. We understand that traffic in Cambridge can be unpredictable, however if you are more than 30 minutes late, your teacher will assume that you are not attending the class.Alternative payment options: please contact for details of multi-packs for 5 or 10 lessons.

One of the worlds most practiced spiritual disciplines. Developed over thousands of years these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.
