In a warm and welcoming environment I will introduce you to the fundamental Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. I offer support and guidance along the way to ensure that you feel comfortable and to help you build confidence as you progress. I can provide all the equipment you will need but if you have your own mat I’d recommend you bring it with you. I’d also recommend you bring a blanket or thick towel for use as padding or support in some poses. Yoga can have a very positive effect on your health and wellbeing. Benefits include... Sessions for Kids Our children’s mindfulness classes are rooted in Kadampa Buddhism, where kids will learn to meditate and explore foundational concepts like inner peace, compassion, gratitude, and self-confidence.
