Sunday Morning Yin Yoga runs once a month on a Sunday. Get the most out of your Sunday by beginning with 90 minutes of nourishing stretches, limber up and create space for yourself. Yin Yoga is great for gently working tight muscles and ligaments, creating mental space through developing focus and awareness of body, and working with the present moment.
Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout. Build strength, flexibility and definition is this chilled out class.
These classes are level 3 - slightly more advanced version of the foundation Deep Slow Flow format. There will be options to move into deeper variations of some of the asana if you choose to do so. This class is not suitable for complete beginners but all students are encouraged to back off and explore a level of practice that feels appropriate for them in that moment, rather than feel obligated to do the full expression of every asana within the flow. Be honest with your body, for a safe, satisfying and serene practice.
