Hot Yoga takes place in a heated environment and includes various styles of yoga combining physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation to promote mental and physical wellbeing. A practice to realign and strengthen your body after vaginal, caesarean, forceps or long induction births. Deeply relaxing stretches to create space for the shoulders, neck and hip muscles to open and release.
