Yoga
Summer & Autumn
Sunday Sangha Series;
A monthly gathering for practice, study, conversation, and community.
These Sundays are an opportunity to step beyond the rhythm of the weekday Mysore room and spend a fuller day together in practice. Each gathering begins with traditional Mysore-style self-practice, followed by a shared vegetarian brunch and an afternoon workshop exploring different aspects of yoga practice and philosophy.
The intention is simple: to create a welcoming practice community rooted in sincerity, curiosity, discipline, and friendship.
All levels are welcome, though some prior yoga experience is helpful for the Mysore mornings.
