Leeds 20s, 30s & 40s Meetup

Thu
📅 18 Jun 2026
📍 LS1 9TS

Leeds 20s, 30s & 40s Meetup is a social group aimed at young people who wish to make new friends. It is an inclusive group which always welcomes and encourages new members, who are welcome on any of our events! We have a team of dedicated event organisers who will personally design and host all our events, be there to help and welcome arrivals and manage the event to ensure you have the best experience. Whether you are new to the area, want to expand your social network or you're in need of a new group of friends, hopefully this group will be for you. Our aim is to get you all out, making new friends and enjoying a wide range of events, whether it be nights out, meals, bowling, cinema, walks, day trips out... or just anything you can think of - our event organisers welcome suggestions! As our group's events are popular, sometimes organisers set a RSVP limit due to size of venue etc. - once an event is full there will be a waiting list, but if someone drops out the first person on the waiting list will automatically gain a place. So please keep checking the list and change your RSVP if you can no longer make it, to allow someone else to come in your place. It is important that you update your RSVP in good time if you cannot attend an event as it means that others can then come in your place. Please be advised that unfortunately we will have to decline any requests to join the group from members without a profile picture that clearly displays their face. This is so that we can recognise attendees at our events. Feel free to message the organisers with any questions, or any suggestions you may have for events and we will do our best to accommodate. So, ready for some fun? :) Like us on Facebook: \[ 20s and 30s\)

Leeds Christians 20s, 30s and 40s

Hi everyone! This month we'll be exploring the book of Revelation! Revelation is about the end times, Christ's return, judgement and victory over death. It's probably the hardest book in the Bible to wrap your head around and, as a result, there's lots of different opinions on what it all means. You might have formed your own thoughts about this already. Is there an anti-Christ? Are current events predicted in Revelation? Does it help us predict what's to come in the future? We'll not be reading the whole thing on the Thursday as that would leave no time for discussion, so I'd suggest having a bit of a read beforehand. We won't have time to explore the whole thing, but hopefully we'll get an idea about how we should approach this very strange book as Christians. Should be fun! See you there!

Welcome👋 The aim of this group is to have a monthly meet up for people over the age of 30. My sister (Jess) and I, have found that it can be quite difficult to meet new people at this stage of life and a lot of social activities seem to revolve around drinking. We are here to provide an alternative! Activities will include city walks🚶‍, country walks🚶‍, meals, bowling🎳, cinema trips🍿, picnics 🧺(weather dependent), mini golf 🏌 and anything else we think will be fun. Jess also has a very energetic Double Doodle 🐶(they exist... a cross between a Cockapoo and a Labradoodle) that would love to partake in some of the activities. This aims to be a very inclusive group and we would like to have members from all walks of life to be able to meet up and have fun. Hopefully many friendships will be made and different activities discovered and enjoyed. The age is just a guideline and if you think you will enjoy what we organise then feel free to come along! We are a social group and organise different social events so please respect this. We are not trained counsellors or here to offer mental health advise. If you require this please find a different group which offers this. Please be respectful to each other no discrimination will be tolerated and if you feel uncomfortable at all speak to one of the hosts. We want everyone to have a good experience at our events and to enjoy themselves. We look forward to seeing you at our next event! Robin and Jess

Let’s Go Social Club- Leeds

Fri
📅 26 Jun 2026
📍 LS2 9AD

🌍 Let’s Go Social Club (Leeds) This isn’t just a Meetup group. It’s a community for people in their 20s & 30s who want more out of life than the same routine every week. If you’ve ever thought: “I need to get out more” “I want better people around me” “I’m bored of doing the same thing every weekend” 👉 You’re exactly who this is for. 🚀 What is Let’s Go? Let’s Go is a fast-growing UK community built around one simple idea: Life is better when you’ve got great people to do things with. So we make that happen. We bring people together through: 🍻 Social nights & meetups 🏔 Hikes & outdoor adventures 🎯 Activities & experiences 🏕 Weekenders & camps ✈️ Trips across the UK & abroad You join for one event… 👉 and suddenly you’ve got plans every week, new group chats, and people to explore life with. ✨ Why people join Most people aren’t lacking options… They’re lacking people to do things with. Friends are busy. Groups drift. And it gets harder to meet new people as you get older. That’s where Let’s Go comes in. ✔ Turn up solo — most people do ✔ Meet like-minded people instantly ✔ Become part of a real, active community ✔ Always have something going on This isn’t awkward networking. This isn’t forced socialising. 👉 It just works. 🎉 What our socials are like Our events are designed to be: ✔ Relaxed ✔ Welcoming ✔ Easy to walk into No cliques. No weird vibes. No pressure. 👋 Hosts there to introduce you 🍻 Good venues & reserved spaces 💬 Conversations that actually flow 😂 A proper social atmosphere You won’t feel like an outsider here — that’s the whole point. 💡 Who it’s for You’ll fit in here if: ✔ You want to meet new people without it feeling forced ✔ Your current circle isn’t on the same wavelength anymore ✔ You’ve moved city or want a fresh start ✔ You’re up for doing more with your time If you’ve got good energy — you’ll do well here. 😬 Coming solo? Good. That’s normal. Over 50% of people come alone, especially to their first event. And within 10 minutes, they’re chatting, laughing, and wondering why they didn’t do it sooner. 👉 That’s what we’re built for. 🤝 The Let’s Go vibe This is not a dating event. It’s a community-first environment. We keep things: ✔ Respectful ✔ Inclusive ✔ Friendly No creepy behaviour. No egos. No nonsense. We protect the vibe — always. 🚀 Bigger than just Leeds Let’s Go is growing across the UK — and this is just the start. When you join, you’re not just joining a Meetup… 👉 you’re plugging into something much bigger. If you’re sitting there thinking: “I should probably get out more…” This is it. No overthinking. No waiting. Just join and come down.

We do not get involved in harmful gossip or competitive behaviour, What not to expect: Disruption - personal conflicts are to be kept off the group & we would encourage any issues to be discussed & hopefully resolved. It's advisable you use this to rate fairly e.g. the social started on time/ welcoming host/ good description/ felt safe etc, Misleading ratings are - I was cold/ the beer was too expensive/ I was having a bad day, but you do a great job/ the bar was busy/ I couldn't find the venue (because the updates hadn't been read by the member), Disclaimer (the serious bit!): We want everyone to have an enjoyable social and we aim to choose the best venues & locations. Attending our socials is at your own discretion & we advise that you read the social description/ meeting location/ time of the social meetup/ updated meetup comments & familiarise yourself with the host & the guest list. We are NOT responsible for the member's journey to the social, the member finding the venue, any purchases made by the member e.g. food, drinks, tickets. We do not tolerate racist, sexist, misogynistic, lewd, aggressive or bullying behaviour. We also are not a group that spreads misinformation or harmful gossip about other members OR others hosts and groups. If this happens, the individual(s) will remove you from the group. We also advise people not to bring personal conflict with others into the group as this can cause disruption. Trish xx T&Cs Your Photo Members must supply an easily recognisable headshot photo of themselves. This is for security and helps us to recognise them when they attend their first event. Membership Criteria Members are requested to attend an event within six weeks from the date of joining and then maintain their membership. Memberships are cancelled when a member has not attended any event for 3 months. Please note: Cancelled memberships cannot be reinstated. Event RSVPs: Please RSVP to as many events as you wish to attend. Friends are not permitted to attend an event without an RSVP. If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend, please amend your RSVP as soon as possible. Friends who RSVP to theatre visits, disco nights or events that require payment will be messaged with how to pay details and a latest date to transfer monies. If payment is not received by the due date it will be assumed that they no longer wish to attend and their RSVP will be amended accordingly. All YFO60 Events are for members only; there are no guest places. No Shows: If a Friend RSVPs for an Event and does not attend they will be recorded as a "No show". Please note, three "no shows" will result in automatic removal from the group. The Meaningful Singles Social Trip Society

The Meaningful Singles Social Trip Society

Sun
📅 31 May 2026
📍 LS14 5PY

This is a group where you meet singles who are actually ready for something real. You want authenticity. So do we. This is not small talk at a bar. This is brunch with meaningful conversation. This is a relaxed walk where you forget you're even trying to connect. This is a group dinner with no pressure and no background required. You show up. You get greeted by both regulars and newcomers. People are warm but not overeager. You slip into a conversation that feels familiar fast. You talk about books or travel or that weird coffee order you both have. Connection happens because you are doing something together not because you are forced to network. Events are low key by design. Brunches for the social ones. Walks for the active ones. Dinners for those who like to talk late. Regulars say it’s the only singles group where they didn’t feel fake. You are welcome here.
