Running a club on SeshDesk takes three steps: set up your club (payments, staff, locations, branding); build your sessions (one-off, recurring weekly, block bookings, or subscriptions); share your booking page. Participants book and pay online, attendance is marked digitally, billing runs on autopilot via Stripe.

Step 1: Set up your club

New clubs connect Stripe for payments in a few minutes, invite coaches and set role-based permissions, add physical or virtual locations, and upload logo and brand colours. Optional custom domain. No monthly fees — SeshDesk charges 2.5% per paid booking, with zero cost for free or fully funded sessions.

Step 2: Build your sessions

Three session models cover every kind of club. One-off sessions run on a single date and accept pay-in-advance bookings. Recurring sessions can be booked date-by-date (pay-per-date), sold as a block of N sessions up front (block booking, optional auto-renew), or offered as a monthly subscription (Course/Series Booking) that bills automatically based on attendance. Absence with notice is free; no-shows are billable.

Step 3: Share and run

Every club gets a public booking page — share the link or embed a widget into your existing website. Attendance is marked digitally on any device during the session, reminders send automatically, monthly Stripe billing runs itself, and refunds, transfers, and no-shows are handled from a single dashboard.

Both paths produce the same setup; pick whichever you prefer.
