SeshDesk is a session management platform for activity clubs with a pricing model designed for organisations that don't run sessions year-round. You pay nothing when you're not earning.
SeshDesk costs 2.5% on bookings processed through the platform — nothing else. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, no per-user charges, and no minimum commitments. Free sessions cost nothing to run through SeshDesk: HAF-funded, grant-covered, and community access sessions are all zero cost. Payment processing is via Stripe at 1.5% + 20p per transaction (Stripe's standard UK rate), which comes on top of SeshDesk's 2.5%. For a £10 session, the net income to the club after both fees is approximately £9.40. We only make money when you make money. This model is designed for activity clubs with seasonal or variable delivery — if you run no paid sessions in a month, you pay nothing that month.
SeshDesk charges a flat 2.5% on bookings processed through the platform. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, no per-user charges, and no minimum commitments. If your club doesn't take any bookings in a given month, you pay nothing. This model is specifically designed for activity clubs, after-school providers, and holiday programme operators who may have quiet periods between terms or seasons. The 2.5% rate covers the full SeshDesk platform: session scheduling, online bookings, digital attendance, staff management, club branding, and a free directory listing in the Activities directory. Stripe's standard payment-processing fee (1.5% + 20p in the UK) applies on top, as it does on any platform.
Every SeshDesk club receives the full platform with no feature gating or premium tiers. This includes: online booking pages with your club branding, Stripe payment processing, digital attendance registers, staff management with role-based permissions, automated session scheduling, a free listing in the Activities directory, branded email communications, and HAF compliance reporting. There are no hidden fees, no add-on charges, and no annual contracts.
