Adult Paddle Evening Session
This kayak and canoe Session on the River Lea is open to all, including PAYG members. It is led by Paddle UK-qualified instructors and is suitable for complete beginners.
Club boats and equipment are available for use during session times, and members paddle as a group at all times unless an individual's competence has been approved by the senior staff team.
Tuesday and Thursday morning sessions are independent sessions, so you will need prior experience to paddle these sessions, either to have attended a Paddle Safe course or a Discover course at Leaside or elsewhere, or be approved by one of our senior coaches, dependent on past experience.
Sunday and Wednesday sessions are open to all as we go out together with an instructor.
