Advanced (Relaxed Pace) - Heavy Shoe

This is a 1-hour weekly class for Advanced level dancers with 4+ years experience in heavy shoe dancing. This class is is the perfect bridge between our Intermediate+ and Advanced classes, and we will be recapping and sharing all of the choreography that has been covered in our Advanced class over the past 2 years. It is ideal for dancers who fit any of the following... • Have previously competed in open/prelim level and above • Are advanced dancers and want to ease back into some advanced choreography at a relaxed pace • Are currently very confident in our Intermediate+ class and would like to take the next steps towards our Advanced classes • Have been taking our Advanced classes, but feel they would benefit from recapping and slowing things down/taking an extra class To take this class, you'll need to already be confident in: • Fast drums and heel drops • Front/cut/back clicks • Boxes • Fast trebles (front, back, switching) In the Spring Term classes, we will be covering... • St Patrick's Day Molyneux Set Dance Choreography • Heartland Choreography - Riverdance Not sure if this class is for you? 🎥 This choreography should look totally manageable: 🎥 This choreography should look a little bit more challenging but manageable full-speed with some practice: 🕺 Your teacher will be Paige Turilli, former World Champion solo Irish dancer and rhythm queen! 🍻 This is a social and supportive class followed by a trip to the pub in Waterloo each week! Note: We recommend joining every week to build confidence and get the most from classes, however classes are structured so that people can drop-in and join at any point in a term. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO CLASSES W/C 18TH MAY
