A gently guided experience combining breathwork, aromatherapy and sound healing. Soothing frequencies from crystal bowls, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system, and supportive scents to deepen relaxation and release. A safe, welcoming space to rest, reset and reconnect — no experience needed.
