Activate Reform and Inspire Studios (ARI Studios) is a Sunderland-based stage school offering dynamic and supportive dance training for children aged 3 to 16. We’re passionate about more than just great performance — our classes are designed to build confidence, social skills, and physical fitness, helping young dancers grow both on and off the stage. Under the guidance of our director, a qualified dance teacher and personal trainer, ARI Studios takes a holistic approach to dance training. Through our unique ARI Method, we support each child’s dance journey with structured progression, while also developing strong, resilient bodies to support long-term health and help reduce injury risk.
