In our classes you will enjoy a magical one-to-one bonding time with your baby. The water is a unique place to enjoy, grow and develop freedom of movement, without being restricted. You will gain confidence using safe holds and learn techniques for floating and moving your baby around the pool, supporting their early swimming development.
Swimming for under 5's, has many wonderful child development benefits. Aiding cognitive, social and emotional development, as well as fine and gross motor skills.
Early swimming supports neuro-muscular development, the development of heart, lungs, and cardiovascular strength.
