Baby Yoga (with Baby Massage) with Jen

A 45 minute Yoga class with massage included for baby.

This class has been put together so parents can enjoy yoga with their little ones, in a fun and interactive way with gentle stretching, music and rhyme.

We move and stretch together and incorporate massage for babies into the routine, which works well alongside yoga.

Whilst creating bond between parent & baby, we focus on some movements of babies which will promote better sleep, improved bodily systems and increased physical & mental development. We also introduce techniques to help your baby relax, promote whole body muscle strength & joint flexibility.

For parents, we focus on improving posture and flexibility, building on strength, helping to reduce the aches & pains of lifting carrying and feeding baby, post-natal exercises to help strengthen both abdominals and pelvic floor, and of course bonding with your little one in a fun and interactive way. It's also a great way to meet other local mums and dads.

BEFORE ATTENDING CLASS, PLEASE READ:

Yoga should be avoided 48hrs post vaccinations.

Mums should have Gp approval for gentle exercise before attending a class.

You can attend from 6 weeks if Mum had natural birth, or 8 weeks if Mum had c-section.
