All of our events have these principles in mind. Note: while we understand folks will meet, we’re not a dating group and ask folks keep that in mind. Any individuals making their own seperate arrangements to meet outside of our events, please do this safely. For updates on the night of events the WhatsApp community group is available to members: We also have Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages! Like and follow us on those too. The hosts all volunteer their time freely to run the amazing events, making them as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We however will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage or any negative nature occured as a result of any activity or event. The hosts do ask if you have any concerns during our events this is raised asap or within 48hrs. If the incident involves 2 or more people we won't judge the situation with any bias and be fair to all parties involved. Members will be removed if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate to the wellbeing of the group as a whole. The hosts want everyone to enjoy the BPP experience and work hard to keep the group positive and welcoming for all. Any behavior that undermines the wonderful kind and fun nature of the group will not be tolerated. We have no place for disrespect, personal attacks, or ongoing negativity towards anyone. The hosts are not obligated in any way to explain why we make the decisions we do, but we would always try to do this as fairly a possible. But, as inline with the Meetup policies, in many cases (e.g., safety concerns, disruptive behavior, or just a bad fit), hosts can opt not to give an explanation - especially if they anticipate conflict or backlash.
