Ecstatic Dance Berkshire

TICKETS REQUIRED

Join Ecstatic Dance Berkshire (founded by Alison from Just BE Sound and Movement Therapy) for this Ecstatic Dance Journey with the theme of 'Sacred Sensuality'. Please read the full description as this a slightly different journey to our usual Friday nights. You are welcome to attend with a friend or partner and stay in your pair.
Our sensual energy is our sacred, creative life energy. It’s an energy of presence, pleasure and embodiment. Connecting to our sensuality can bring us into authentic, more meaningful relationship with ourselves, others and the world around us. As we tap into this powerful source of vitality and joy, we may experience a profound connection to something greater than our human selves.
Before our Ecstatic Dance, there will be invitations to explore sacred sensuality through self-connection, and connections to others, using touch, taste, smell, sight and sound. Everything is an invitation and you are welcome to participate as little or as much as you feel you’d like to, always honouring yourself and regularly checking in to ensure you’re in alignment with your boundaries. Self-consent and consent is important. Your ‘No’ matters! If you want to attend with a partner or friend and stay in a pair with them, you are welcome to. There'll also be space to sit out and do the exploration alone.
