A FREE walking group meeting the LAST Sunday of the month at 9am Turtle Bay, High Chelmer Shop Exchange Way, 22-24 The, Chelmsford CM1 1XB A little longer walk being just over an hour Fairly leisurely paced, and the pace of the walk is determined by the group and is more a walk and talk activity then an intense workout. Afterwards some stay and have a coffee & chat but this is completely optional (this is part is not free purchases are made by participants) Mostly flat and paved for this walk.
