Parakeets offers a fun introduction to football for girls aged 4 to 7 (School Years Reception to Year 2). We believe football should be fun and use game based practices and creative play to coach key football skills. We follow the The FA's approach to player development focusing on the key technical, psychological, social and physical aspects of the game. Practices cater for players of all abilities and are designed to be age appropriate.
Parakeets provides a pathway to Twickenham Cygnets FC which starts at U8 (School Year 3). As Twickenham Cygnets FC is oversubscribed each season, players who have developed through the Parakeets are guaranteed a place.
