It's Tuesday so it's a group run (and walk), meeting in (and returning to) Workout on Welsh Back - gloves are normally needed biting insects warning - insect repellent recommended - you have been warned! We’re lifting and shifting something somewhere. Or somewhere else. Changing facilities, lockers and loos are available at Workout Harbourside - bring your own padlock as Workout aren’t lending them anymore. Otherwise it’s just an er. We’re meeting outside Workout unless it’s raining (then it’s inside Workout) and leave just before 6.30 so aim to arrive at 6.20 It’s the first Tuesday of the month so instead of popping into ClubHaus at Workout for a drink after the run/walk - we’ll be off somewhere local for a bite to eat, watch this space!
