Want to do something useful with your exercise? GoodGym is no ordinary gym. We're a group of people who get fit by doing good - helping out local charities and community groups with physical jobs like shifting compost and planting trees.
What are we doing? We will be heading to the 31st/9th Scout Group (567 Foxhall Road, IP3 8LX). We will be finishing off the fence painting that we have started previously so don’t wear your best clothes!
What distance? The run itself will be roughly 1.4 miles (2.3km) to the hut and the same back - totalling roughly 2.8 miles (4.5km). Everyone is welcome at any pace and any ability, the run will be back-marked so no one is ever left behind 👟
Where are we meeting? We will meet at the University of Suffolk, Waterfront building at 6.45pm. There is access to toilets here too 📍 If you would like to meet at the task instead, then please meet us at the scout hut (address above) at roughly 7pm.
