Hi everyone! 🎵 Kilburn State of Mind run an annual community music festival - Into the Park - and it's a wonderful celebration of music, community, craft, and connection! 🫶 We've helped before and they're looking for volunteers again! They're after volunteers any time from 930am until 6pm, and you'll be able to choose when you can help. If you're able to stay for around 2 hours, they'd really appreciate your time! 🎟️ We need volunteers to help out on stalls - selling delicious cakes, helping on the tombola stall and also helping selling raffle tickets to the visitors. Most of the roles we have do require using a sumup machine to take payment and we will provide full training. We also have roles that do not require taking payment if anyone objects. The event is on 13th June. Set up starts from 9.30am and it finishes at 5pm, when they pack up. There will be bands playing on the bandstand all day, many traders selling artisan goods and food vendors. Volunteers can be reimbursed if they keep hold of receipts etc. There's a whole heap of helpful and fun things to do 🙂 💛 Please sign up here to log your good deed, and please also pop the Kilburn State of Mind team a line at to let them know when you'll be coming.
