Reformer Pilates focuses on exercises based on quality of movement and control.The exercises teach you to move better, focusing on weaker areas and deep, stability muscles that often play a part in pain and injury.If you are unable to attend a class, you must give at least 6 hours notice.You are then able to 'make up' this class at another time within the same calendar month. This can be a Reformer or Mat class.
