A series of 12 sessions, aimed at over 50s that want to take up some exercise to improve their health and meet others socially. The sessions will be adapted to suit the participants' capability, needs and aims. The content can span from simple movements, to tactics and game play. The sessions will be FUN. After the session there will be the opportunity to socialise over refreshments.
